GOOD HEALTH GARBANZO'S

Course: Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz. can Garbanzo Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil substitute avocado oil
  • ½ Tablespoon Mrs. Dash's Original Blend Salt-Free Seasoning substitute another herbal blend
  • ½ Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, combine beans, olive oil, Mrs. Dash, oregano, and salt.
  • Transfer the bean mixture to a shallow baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Eat them warm or cold.
Store in refrigerator.
