Prep Phase: Fundamentals

It can be tempting to jump right into the full diet, but I encourage you to take three to 14 days to follow this Prep Phase. The Prep Phase gives you time to get familiar with the program and gather groceries. It also gives your body and mind time to adapt to the changes ahead.
