I am so grateful to have stumbled upon some free YouTube videos by Dr. Becky back in March. I learned about her 0, 1, 2, 3 plan of eating and began doing it right away. In two months, I had lost 20 pounds. Over the past two months of summer vacation travel and work trips, I have lost 7 more. For the first time in my life, I feel like I have found a way of eating that is satisfying and healthy, and that I could continue as a lifestyle. Only time will tell, I know! Heart changes in food are needed for that, but I feel very encouraged that that has happened.
